Ariana’s Story

I grew up overweight throughout high school, and my weight was something I was always insecure about. I was constantly comparing myself to social media fitness influencers, wishing I could look like them. When I went off to college, COVID hit, and I was sent home, where I continued to gain weight until I reached my heaviest at 265 pounds. I knew I had to make a change. That summer, I committed to walking four miles every day and doing at-home workouts, and I maintained that routine until returning for my junior year, by which point I had lost significant weight and reached 175 pounds. From there, I joined Planet Fitness—my first gym ever—and developed a consistent daily routine. While my diet wasn’t perfect, I built discipline, consistency, and a strong relationship with the gym, proving to myself that transformation was possible. My journey into bodybuilding began when I watched an old friend prep for a show during our senior year, inspiring me to compete myself. I stepped on stage for my first show in November 2022, and since then, I have been passionate about fitness, bodybuilding, and helping others achieve their goals. My mission is to guide women and men through their own transformations, providing the tools, support, and knowledge to build confidence, strength, and long-term results.
